Lawyer, admitted in Ticino in 2004, specialising in banking and financial law. From 2006 to 2014 in the enforcement division of FINMA, then for ten years deputy head of legal and compliance at Banca Popolare di Sondrio (Suisse) SA. Lectures at the Centro Studi Villa Negroni. On the board he has oversight of the firm's anti-money-laundering compliance.
Martin Pius Gloor
Member of the Board
Swiss certified accountant — esperto contabile diplomato federale — since 1986, formerly a partner of Revisuisse Price Waterhouse, today PwC, in Lugano. More than forty years of bank auditing, anti-money-laundering reviews at financial intermediaries and forensic work for the judicial authorities. On the board he is responsible for the control of the firm's anti-money-laundering framework.

Cristina Cardoni and Cristina Benedetti both hold a personal authorisation as fiduciario commercialista under the LFid.

Leads the firm's operations and client delivery, and is accountable for the day-to-day running of client mandates across accounting, payroll and VAT.

Deputy General Manager
Focuses on the firm's fiduciary mandates and the statutory compliance of the companies it serves, and is responsible for the firm's anti-money-laundering compliance.
The wider team.
Behind them is a team of accountants, payroll and tax specialists in Chiasso, working in Italian, English, German and French.
We deliberately do not publish individual profiles for the whole team. Clients are introduced to the people on their file, and those people stay on it.
Where a matter needs a lawyer, an auditor, a notary or a specialist in another jurisdiction, we bring in someone we have worked with and stay accountable for the coordination.
All five are entered in the Commercial Register of the Canton of Ticino and sign jointly, two signatures to an act: no one signs for the firm alone.
