Business

One Swiss file. One person accountable for it.

Most companies do not arrive with a tidy brief. They arrive with a Swiss entity that needs accounts, employees who have already started, a VAT question nobody has answered and a head office that wants a single number to call. We take the whole of it.

What we carry for you.

Accounting and reporting

Bookkeeping maintained through the year, not reconstructed in March. Annual accounts to Swiss standards, and the monthly or quarterly reporting your head office consolidates — in the format it already uses, on the date it already expects.

Bookkeeping · Annual accounts under Swiss CO · Management and group reporting · Audit preparation and liaison · Crypto accounting

Corporate tax and VAT

Federal, cantonal and communal tax returns, VAT registration and periodic returns, and the cross-border questions that come with them. Where a position is uncertain we say so, and where it can be settled in advance with the authority we tell you what that would involve.

Corporate income and capital tax · VAT registration and returns · VAT and fiscal representation for foreign companies · Withholding tax · Cross-border and international tax questions

Payroll, social security and HR

Swiss payroll is not only a calculation. It is the AHV registration, the pension arrangement, the accident cover, the permit, the cross-border commuter, the bonus that is taxed differently than the group assumed. We run the calculation and everything standing behind it.

Monthly payroll · Social security registration and declarations · Occupational pension and insurance coordination · Work and residence permits · Employee participation and stock option reporting

Corporate administration

Incorporation or branch registration, and then the statutory rhythm that follows: board and shareholder resolutions, register filings, capital changes, domiciliation where required. Small obligations, expensive to miss.

Incorporation and branch registration · Board and shareholder formalities · Commercial register filings · Statutory compliance calendar · Domiciliation

Your head office should have one number to call.

Companies rarely fail their Swiss obligations through bad advice. They fail them in the gaps — between the accountant and the payroll bureau, between the local adviser and the group's auditor. We hold those gaps ourselves, so the coordination is not your problem.

How the engagement runs

Four weeks from first call to running file.

01

A conversation

Thirty to sixty minutes, no charge. What the entity does, who it employs, what has been filed and what has not.

02

A written scope

What we will do, what stays with you, who is responsible, and the fee. Fixed where the work is predictable.

03

Takeover

Records, access, authorities and any outgoing adviser. We tell you what we find, including anything that needs correcting.

04

Running

A named contact, a deadline calendar we own, and a standing review of what has changed in your position.

Who this is for.

We work best with companies whose Swiss position has more than one moving part. If you need only a bookkeeper, there are cheaper places to find one, and we will say so.

  • International groups with a Swiss subsidiary or branch
  • Listed companies whose Swiss numbers must survive group audit
  • Technology, MedTech and FinTech businesses with IP, R&D or equity plans
  • Foreign companies needing VAT or fiscal representation in Switzerland
  • Founders whose company and personal affairs are the same conversation
